Technoterm Engineering EAD has built more than 600 kilometres of natural gas pipelines at various pressure levels (including as a high as 55 bar) and diameters (up to DN 400), using different materials. The main types of pipelines are:
  • 55 bar gas pipelines in steel pipes;
  • 16 bar gas pipelines in steel pipes;
  • Up to 10 bar gas lines in polyethylene pipes for urban and rural networks.
In addition to linear utilities, we are also experienced in the engineering of:
  • Shut-off nodes;
  • Odorizing stations;
  • Cathodic protection systems;
  • Automated gas control stations (AGRS) for up to 50 000 nm3/h;
  • Gas control points;
  • Gas metering equipment;
  • Process automation systems;
  • Remote reading of the quantity of natural gas consumed;
  • Gas pipeline monitoring systems.

  • Manufacturing and supply of elements and assemblies as per the technical designs
  • Installation, testing and acceptance of the completed projectConstruction process management, including approval of the designs by the competent institutions, erection  and official acceptance by the inspecting authorities . All processes are carried out by highly qualified professionals in accordance with the regulatory requirements, certifications, standards and licenses as detailed in the Certificates and Licenses section.

Service maintenance:

Газопроводите и съоръженията към тях изискват системна грижа, а също експлоатацията се подчинява на редица нормативни изисквания и стандарти. Технотерм Инженеринг ЕАД притежава опит  и извършва сервизните  проверки, ремонта и реконструкцията  на газопроводи и съоръжения към тях. В момента ние поддържаме повече от 900 км газопроводна мрежа в различни градове и свързващи газопроводи между тях и съоръжения към тях: АГРС, кранови възли, одориращи станции, катодни защити, газорегулиращи и газозамерни пунктове. Освен всички необходими инструменти и съоръжения поддръжката се извършва и със специализирани автомобили SEGUGIO на намиране на изтичания на природен газ и контрол на мрежата. Тази дейност е автоматизирана в програмен продукт с пълна проследяемост на процесите.
